I haven't been able to join a team, no real contract offers, so what's wrong with my build? (It's open to view)

The build is not BAD, but it's not good either. You focused on speed and agility too early at the expense of Cat, Vis & Str. You sacrificed your endgame build to be better sooner. Plus with 27 carrying you'll be eaten alive at higher levels with Knocked Loose.
