Which piece is better for a recieving tight end? One with one lower the shoulder, or one with two blocking and three percent chance to break a tackle?

That second piece isn't bad, depending on your level.

2nd piece is really good

Will adv eq which promises "juke" actually work? I'm curious because it isn't a "special ability" for a te. Thanks
