Just bought a AEQ that is...

+2 blocking and 2% hold block chance

Upgraded it is....

+6 blocking and 10% hold block chance

I bought it cause our team has money but what is a good piece I should look for?

If you're building a blocking-oriented FG, its a nice start. Go ahead and build it up, and occasionally roll for other items. If you land a "Lead Block" piece, that's probably a better one long-term, but again, there's nothing wrong with what you're starting with.
