So, it's an OWNERS union to take care of PLAYERS rights. Um, yeah...
It's not only that but it's the mere fact that this will fix nothing. You can sit there and say "I'm in the owners union and you shouldn't do that to your players." all you want, but in the end, a bad owner will disregard it and continue to do what they're doing because they know you have no power at all. Good owners don't need a union to be successful. I've seen plenty of good owners on losing teams have no problem keeping players because they're doing the best they can to be successful and win games. No union will fix the problems between owners and players. There are good owners and then there are owners that give the rest of the owners bad names. Just as there are good players and players that give others bad names. It's an on going struggle between the two.
Don't get me wrong, it's a good idea, just doomed to fail right off the bat.
