In a nutshell, TOO MANY SAs for your level. You should try to focus on bringing up your attributes (especially the big 3 for DT, agility/strength/speed) to where you will never spend points on them again before spending on ANYTHING ELSE. I like all 3 to at least 74 before spending another point on anything.
Yes, this takes patience and you will not peak as soon as a more rounded player, but you will be a better built player in the long run and can compete at the highest levels if you calculate the training properly.
So, bring up major attributes before ANY SAs (I think also bring minors to soft cap;48), and have your build planned out from the start of the career and stick to the plan. A good level to shoot for is minimum 40 before adding SAs, if you add them before this you lose out on natural level gains and your attributes aren't high enough to take advantage of the SA anyway.
A pass rushing DT, I like agility(77)/strength(74)/speed(74) in that order and when you move to SAs, choose wisely according to build. For a pass rush DT, invest heavy in Shed Block.
A run stuffing NT, I like strength(77), agility(74), tackling(74), speed (60) and for SAs, Wall and Break Through (possible D-line general, but this is very expensive and is best acquired through AEQ).
Also, try to plan what AEQ you want to get and don't shop until you are at a level to aquire the good AEQ (level 24 min). This maay seem like a lot of info, but in GLB you really need to plan your build or you will never get your player out of the Minors and will most likely backup for the duration of your career.
My pass rush DT: will have it open for a short time to show what I mean.

Build order:
Train agility on normal + shopping token* until I can soft cap (48)
Train agility/speed* (until agility at 95+%), switch to strength/tackling
Agility to 77
Train str/tackling*
Cap str
Train str/tackling* (until at 95+%), switch to tackling/speed
Str to 77
Train Tackling speed
Cap tackling (only because I have trained it for so long and with level gains it was very cheap (5SPs)
Train speed/stamina
Cap speed (this is where I am at in the build)
train speed stamina (until speed at 95+%), switch to vision/confidence
Rinse repeat with vision/confidence.
Once they are at first cap I will be spending SPs on Glare and Shed Block. I have 2xShed Block AEQ, so my SB will be massive, probably at 18 when at my peak.
*Training schedule is very important, some like to stop training an attribute at 34, but I like to push it all the way to "roll over" at first cap, then fill the bar again to "roll over" when you reach the cap you want to hit. Example, I have it at 95+% so once I hit 74 agility, I can train it one more time and save 5 SPs since I am spending all the way to 77.
Hope this helps, I know it is a lot to take in, but cap building players is the only really effective way to take advantage of GLB right now, and the higher tier players all do it.
Peace
