I would try to get a break blocks piece instead of first step as a NT. If you really want to stay with it, get two pieces instead of just one. Vision to 61 is ok if you want to use JtS but I don't think it's necessary for a NT, especially without really high speed. It's gonna take 5 or 6 levels to get shed blocks to 8 unless you use some AEQ so I'd consider that.
