How high to get strength as well as tackling as a pure MLB that would be a run stopper with an occasional hurry. Meaning, they will shadow the RB and/or TE in short range passes.

I am currently at the 4:1 cap and working to get tackling to the 4:1 cap as well. Those two are my priorities with agility, speed, vision, stamina, and confidence getting up there. I also plan on getting an "8" or higher in Defense General so this is a pure MLB.

Also, as a pure MLB... where should equipment go? Is 90 strength total a good goal? 95?

personally i would'nt take tackling to 4:1 cap at all - in fact i would rank it as the least important of any of the majors.

I'd get strength to 74, agility, speed, tackling, and someday vision to 68. Rushing the first two.

I'm in the process of building a similar build with strength at a Natural 4:1 and then get tackling to the 4:1

As a pure MLB most of us would go after a Defensive General AEQ.

I'm still figuring out what or how I want my EQ to look like.

why do you consider vision the least of these attributes. I would consider it one the most important.

Why would a LB not get picked up before the season? The LB had over 100 tackles the privious year. Can you ever get picked up mid season?

were you inactive? also there are some levels that are not conducive to getting signed, due to the league level caps. otherwise if his build is the type that's productive at a level 31 cap team but doesn't look like it would be so at 36 or uncapped he might not get signed.

your guy looks alright, might not be great but should be good enough to play for a capped team. try looking in the "teams looking for players forum". you need to straighten out your eq a bit and focus on strength, speed, and agility, but you should be able to get a team.

You will never be able to build up 4 pieces of AEQ. Jettison the swat ball and big sack pieces and use those BTs in the Super Vision and your other piece. Your eq bonuses are also spread out so unless those are the base bonuses that come with the aeq, I would try to get that to only one or 2 attributes.
