Is there a recommended cap for speed? or perhaps better asked would be what the ideal top end speed for a OLB Blitzing LB should be?

Currently I am at 60 Speed and level 13. Should I focus on other skills at this point or should I be looking to bring speed toward 100?

Blitzing OLB? Natural 68 at an absolute minimum (I'd say that's true for any LB, btw). If you really want to get to the QB, I don't see anything wrong with aiming for a natural 77 with all EQ in SPD.

Make sure your training % is 90% plus, and take your cap to 77.

What do you mean by this?

If you look at any of the LBs in Pro that are very good they all have 110 +speed. It may be over kill but you can't argue with results. My guy is 78 [113] and is a beast right now. once I got to 110 the endorsments poured in. Just rec my first corp...very nice.
