+3 agility > +2 vision, power through > stiff arm. I would probably go with PT, but I'm no expert at powerbacks, I've got one lvl 28 and ironically enough I have both stiff arm and power through aeq.

I'd go power thru but the agility on the stiff arm piece is very tempting. Really can't go wrong with either I don't think.

I would go with the power through... even though the agility would be better than the vision, I would still take power through.

Depends on the build. IMHO you cannot say without looking at the total package.

I'd probably pick up the stiff arm piece.

Either way, you want high stiff armand power thru so both are useful in that regard. The difference is that 3 agility will be more valuable than 2 vis IMO.
