This is my LV 25 C, build is open. Would like some suggestions as to where to take him from here. I am training vision and confidence. Was thinking of holding on to the SP until I can +2 vision or pumping SP into agility. I have 17 SP from S12 boost and two leftovers from before.

Spend 4 in blocking to fourth cap would be my first order of busienss.
