I remember reading a thread that says when Blitz activates then FS and TV will not activate because Bort fears that gives too much of a boost to DL.

However, since Blitz in theory always activates when the DL chases after the QB that effectively takes away the two biggest boosters to DL: FS and TV

May that be why not many people notice any over the top effect when they have Blitz on their players?

From what i have seen with my DT and the speed script, my best guess is that Blitz gives something like a +0.75 boost to speed per 1 point in Blitz. No clue about agility.

That bonus doesn't really end up being that great as the QB seldom holds the ball long enough to reach top speed, and usually you have to be against poorly built or under leveled lineman to break the block quick enough to reach that top speed.

Would still be interested to hear about the TV/FS thing, but I just don't see Blitz as a viable VA for DTs. If I am right 8 in Blitz (96 Bonus Tokens) would yield a speed bonus of +6, plus some sort of Agility bonus...but only on passing downs of course. Assuming the Blitz piece had no useful +Attribute, it would almost seem better to get a couple naked +2/+3 SPD or Agility pieces which would work every down.
