The problem with any out-of-position AEQ item is that you'll need TWO of them to have any impact. Most folks are of the opinion that you need +7 or +8 in a SA before you'll notice its impact--and since "Route Run" isn't on either of the FB's SA trees, you'd need 2 pieces of AEQ with that item to get it to +7 or +8.
