What's the earliest anyone can recall seeing one show up when rolling for AEQ? I know for a fact I've never seen one below level 15, but can't recall exactly when it begins showing up. Any help?

Level 16 one was rolled. 17 had 1 rolled, and 18 had 2 rolled. It looks like it is about a 1 in 75 chance of rolling it. Small-ish sample size but better than nothing.

my lvl 22 RB has already rolled 3
