even so a slowbuild should firstcap an ability as soon as they can, training up to 30 wastes time off of the free points over cap that are worth 2+, and then the other caps get hit later as well, meaning you lose more overall building in that manner.

but after the first cap usually in the time you are capping the one before you can train that second skill up higher, and get it over 30. In fact since you first capped earlier you get to train the next skill earlier as well.

Incorrect.
The plan you detailed is less efficient.

Building up points to get an attribute to 68 instead of going to 48 asap will get that attribute higher in the long run. Training is faster than auto ups on level.

You can get one attribute higher that way, but the total number of skill points you have in your build is lower by waiting to 68.
