I am the owner/OC for both the Atomic City Nuclides and the Atomic City Mini-Nukes; the Nuclides are a Canadian AAA team which has won a championship and made the conference finals in their brief history, and the Mini-Nukes were formed in conjunction with agents from the Nuclides and from other teams that I am affiliated with, with the main goal of building quality players and associating with quality agents for the long-term, with the ultimate goal of giving all of the players on this team the chance to compete together on a Pro-Level type team (all moving over to the Nuclides together) in about 8 seasons or so. In the meantime, the PeeWee team and Level 13 team (already formed and sitting with CPU players, in stadium-building mode for the PeeWee's to come on board next season) were started with the ultimate goal of player development - while the team will be eventually be successful as the builds start to develop, simply due to quality builds and chemistry - wins and losses will take a back seat to quality builds and giving players all the support they need in order to be successful, with maximum XP's for all players. What we ask for in return are agents able/willing to build these players with the idea of them staying with the organization; the coaches who will coach them in the Pros are there to let the agent(s) know the type of builds they are needing to see in context with the team, so this communication should allow for the agents coming on board to know exactly what the players will need to look like by the time they reach maturity.
We are currently looking for 4 WR's to add to this roster (most other positions are filled; if interested, PM me and I'll let you know if we can use a player there). While I am partial to experienced agents who know the tricks of the trade, so to speak, I am willing to consider newer agents IF they are looking to fit into a team concept (I know all the negatives that are out there...one reason I started this team on my own, as I have done my utmost to treat agents/players right). I can guarantee anyone who does sign on with us the following (1) I won't ever trade you without your permission; if things don't work out, you will be given your release (2) if you stick with this team, and use good player-building skills (tailoring them to the type of players we use on our team), your players will be playing at a Pro Level with the rest of the team, allowing him to compete against the best players on GLB at his position. This team is for guys that want to be involved in a quality organization, compete against the best and work on mastering the strategy of this game.
