After the RUF (Revolutionary Unit Front - the team that used to this) went down, the annual Adopt a Noob Program got left behind. We've had several great agents from that program, including my team's DC who has become one of the best DC's i've worked with. We gave him access to our old farm teams defensive AI and let him have some fun with it, we were getting blown out every game but that was because of levels, he kept nearly all those higher levelled teams from going over 100 points so i hired him as my DC in my teams first season and he did an awesome job, helping us get to the league championship game. All you Noobs have potential to be great in this game, you just need the guidance. Everyone on here was a noob once.
So instead of the RUF Adopt-a-Noob, it'll now be Colombian Underground Narcotics Team Adopt-a-Noob Program. I would shorten our team name but i wont for obvious reasons on one of the most public boards.
The way this works is that we're looking for agents who are brand new to this game, love it already, are excited to play it and want to learn more about it. I know that if you don't manage to luck out and find a team with great agents when you start, you'll probably end up quitting the game after suffering one or two seasons of boredom in a dead team forum.
That's why we're here.
We'll select two Noobs, both will get access to our team forum for the entire season (and probably beyond), the most active and fun i've ever been a part of (averaging around 150 threads per season). It's full of fun and knowledgeable agents who can help you get the most out of your player with build and tactics advice and give you tips for OCing or DCing if you're interested in that. Obviously being in AA leagues now and the fact that you newbies probably wont have any players over level 16, we can't offer a roster spot, just some fun and all the information you need to keep you interested while we help you search for a good team.
You'll be able to form connections with a very large group of agents (50-70, i lost count) so if you do need a team, one of them will be able to help you find one. I have about two totally different networks of agents in that forum so we can cater for teams of all levels between us, from PeeWee leagues to the Pro leagues so your players will always be able to find a job, no matter what level they are.
So what do you Noobs have to do?
Well judging by past Adopt-a-Noob programs, we should get a fair bit of interest.
