What level? What's your current build? How much vision do you have? How much jumping? Agility? Speed? When you watch the games, how frequently does your player get faked? When you increased jumping in your player did it help getting more defelections or interceptions? Did it cut down on the number of times the player you were covering was thrown to? How heavy is your player?
If you answer these questions you should be able to figure out for yourself if it is worth having. Or else post the answers here and we can figure it out for you.

Looks like a pretty good piece. Having a high-vision CB, I can tell you that even 80 vision & 9 Super Vision still gets me pump faked every so often (probably because someone is using the Awe Inspiring or Underdog VA against me, meh).
I would use it (provided the rest of your build is solid) and keep rolling for a Shutdown Coverage piece.
