What are the best settings for passing style and priority for his build? I have them both at -25, bullet and open man.

+50% quick release and +25% pass quality.

I have a slow, agile 3rd-and-short TE, not good backfield recieving, and avg-spd 80ish with good agility - possession recievers.

Where should I allocate my next 15 skill points?

Help would be appreciated.

throwing is not high enough....either raise it again or move equipment back into it.

I agree. My level 22 QB has the same throwing that you have at level 36.
