I'd like to take on another OC or DC job with any leveled casual team. Here's a short rundown of what I've done last season.

I have 2 teams of my own. A casual team and a cap level 24 team.

Casual team went 13-3 last season and made it to the Championship game.

The Cap team went 14-2 and also made it to the Conference Championship.

I'm also the DC for my brothers team since season 6 have we have gone to 3 Conference Championships.

We have studs all up and down on our defense except SS but I'm working to fix that. We have nice depth and you have free reign at DC to do what you think is best.
