+1 SB
+1 SB
+3 Agility, +5% make tackle
+2% break block

Right now I have the +1 SB piece and the +3 Agility +5% make tackle piece upgraded, but just rolled a 2nd SB piece.

I am a high agility pass rushing DT. I have no points invested in SAs other than from eqp.

Should I just add points to SB the old fashioned way, and keep the +3 agility piece? Or should I use both of the +SB pieces to take SB to 9? Or the BB% piece? I can't decide.

I would go with +3 agility, +5% make tackle

+1 SB saves you 13 sp, but how much would it cost to add 3 more points of agility? 24, 27?

break block would be good if it had something with it, but just a simple +2% break block doesn't seem worth it to me

I'll go the other way and say that a low +% BB EQ once upgraded will add more to your break block chance than just 3 more agility

Should I keep rolling? I've been rolling for probably 50 days now, and this is the best i've come up with. Shatty.

Depends on what your naturals are. Getting SB up to 4 or 5 only costs 6 or 9 SP. But if you have ridiculously high strength and agility and want to spend say the next 10 levels getting ridiculously high speed, then maybe you want both pieces.

Physical Attributes
Strength: 79.25 (nat)
Speed: 69.34 (nat)
Agility: 119.25 (87.25 nat) (still have one upgrade left)

Obviously I need to put lots of points into speed. I'm debating whether to go to 74 or 77. I have it trained to 98% so that's a point there, but how far do you think I should go? How much of a sacrifice is it having 5 SB instead of 9 SB while I wait to get speed up to its final destination? Short term, I'd say the SB is definitely more important imo, but long term 69 speed is just not gonna cut it.

damn all that agility and building and you didn't even average a tackle per game. that's depressing for people building d toons

Barely played last season. 20 snaps a game more or less on a team that got crushed most of the time.

This will be my first season starting.

I think the +3 agility, +5% make tackle is an excellent piece. I have a NT who only has 2 pieces that are simple +3 agility. I'm not going to try the nightmare of searching for a good piece again until I have them both fully upgraded (or have the BTs required to fully upgrade them)

I agree with that tactic. It is too hard to get good stuff. I have one guy Ive been rolling forever with and he gets nothing good. I regret not taking a +3 agil piece + SA not too long ago.

i just trashed a +3 Agility +5% Force Fumble piece in favor of a +2% Break Block +2% Make Tackle piece for my NT

worth it? imo that new piece p much kills 2 birds with 1 stone (I don't even really care about the initial %s being only 2), and I can dedicate my other piece of advanced equipment entirely to an SA (Shed Block, until I find a D-line General piece).

Are vision and tackling both at the soft cap? I think the break block would be better than make tackle, but it's not a great piece so I can see going with the tackle piece. I think you definitely want one SB and either break block or make tackle.

He's level 40, it only takes about one level to get SB to 4. It'll take a bit over 3 levels to get speed up to the next cap, we'll say that will take to level 45, depending on what else you want to put SP in, I'd say you can get speed to 77 for 3 levels....

So if vision and tackling are capped, I'd wear a SB piece and get speed to 77 asap. BB% versus MT% is your choice. I'd keep the make tackle but try the BB% and see how well it worked. After that I'd work on SB to 4 or 5 natural and tackling (depending on which AEQ you chose).

Neither vision nor tackling is at the soft cap yet, although tackling is very close at 45-46ish.

I am training vision-confidence for a while. They are both at 33-34 ish still so there is still some decent value there.
