We're starting the 'youth movement' one season early. Would prefer QB built in season 3 or younger but will go with season 2:
1. Need agility to be 60.
2. Need speed to be 55+.
3. Need 100+ throwing.
4. Need a proven history.
5. Must have a great pass percentage.
This will be a starting position for as long as the player is not in decline. We have a few other positions to fill so multiple players are OK too.
The OC, me, has a proven track record but I would like someone that is willing to give input.
