--Max XP/PT. This is the MOST important factor for me.
--Starting spots are a plus, but not required.
--I would like my DT to go a team that will carry only 3 DT's, and for my DE's to also get some snaps on ST (unless they are the starter)
--EQ Paid for
--One season contract (contract minimum is fine); I'll stay with you longer if I like your team.
