Hopefully you can follow this. I want to take away Natural Leader VA and do either Laser Arm (+0.5% Throwing) or Football Genius (+0.5% Vision). Here's how the two shape out:
If I go Laser Arm
Boost would increase throwing 3 points (17 SP).
Remove one piece of throwing equipment and make it vision.
Final attributes: Throwing - 112.44 (after 7.5% bonus), Vision - 81.74 (after equipment)
If I go Football Genius:
Boost would increase vision 3 points (15 SP).
Final attributes: Throwing - 110.4 (after just boosting upgrades), Vision - 83.57 (after 7.5% bonus)

Ideally, I want to continue to raise vision and don't plan on raising throwing anymore.
Option 1 costs 2 more SP but my overall return is slightly better (0.21). It increases throwing a few more points when I wasn't planning on increasing it anymore. It also leaves increasing vision at 5 SP per point, for 3 more points.
Option 2 costs 2 less SP and has a slight less return. It increases vision more while leaving throwing the same, which is my overall plan. Each additional point in vision now is 6 SP.
