unfortunately there is only one thing you can do with this guy.
you should do some reading in the Dline forum and look at what the other guys are saying works.
youve spent too many points on SA and you have neglected your three main attributes.

i am writing this to save you a load of time waiting for a contract that will never come.
also read up on cap building. the time spent understanding what works will help you build a player that you enjoy a lot more because he will perform so much better after you retire him and rebuild with the knowledge you gained from a few minutes(hours would be better still) reading.
