This is a strength build DE, meant to stop the run and collapse the pocket. His last team owner just disappeared, so his custom EQ is out of date (he needs the lvl 48 upgrades).
I'm not concerned whether he starts or not, or how much money he makes. All I ask is that he gets enough plays to get his xp, and that money will be provided for EQ upgrades when the time comes (if possible).
