Latest update indicates that it is coming.
Unfortunate as I don't see the offensive counter balance to keep it from being overly disruptive.
I don't think it will hurt Pee Wee much but it will impact the minors and up.
If you could direct select the QB like you can a HB, FB or TE it would be fine but as described it is over kill.

The other added defensive wrinkles will have more impact than tagging. The man coverage progression will make passing tougher. Screens should be harder to use with the coverage adjustments.
S12 will be somewhat of a dead ball era, but all the additions were badly needed. I'm sure there are plenty of offensive upgrades in the pipeline, unbunch the panties.
