about to cap strength on my hb what should my next training combo be? should i find one that works with carrying since that is what i am looking at capping after i finish with strength or use a different combo like speed and agility? thanks

If you wanna JUST be a power back then get Strength all the way 77 and Carrying to at least 73.

wht do u train carrying with after you cap strength for the first time tho? my carrying isnt high enough to stop training but why continue strength and carrying when their isnt really to gain in strength once it is capped. thats why i was asking what to train it with because i know i want to get carrying up high after strength.

If you're going to train carrying and don't want to keep training str, do confidence. I don't like doing confidence that early but if you want an alternative combo with carrying...that is it

yea thts the only one with carrying but is their an alternative then come back to carrying later? building for long term

Here is what you do:

Train Strength carrying, get strength to 48. Keep training strength and carrying until strength is 55. Then all you need to do is use 10 SP to get it 2 capped. Keep training it until strength is 63..probably a whole season, then you only need 15 SP to 3 cap strength.

Then go carrying conf and do the same training scheme with carrying as you did with strength. Slight change could be this:
After you 2 cap strength, you can 1 cap carrying, and keep training carrying and strength. Then by the time you have strength to 63 and carrying to 55, you only need 25 SP to 3 cap strength and 2 cap carrying. This method enables you to get more bang for your buck during level up gains for 2 attributes instead of just one.

Just a couple of build tactics.
