I hope this post doesn't come off presumptuous, but it looks like my team is going to be moving to East Europe Pro. From reading the gutting post, it seems like enough teams are gutting and dropping down that as conference runner up we will be moving up. (This post would be pretty embarrassing if I am wrong.)
