How do you think Monster Kody is coming along?

Yeah, soft cap tackling, then speed, and 4th cap strength and then 3rd cap vision.

I think I'd go back to strength after tackling, speed needs a good bit of training before it can be capped, and I think you're loony to third cap vision on a DT. Good start for Kody though he should have a lot of success.

Vision determines how quickly you get off the line of scrimmage after the snap. All that agility doesn't come into play until after he "sees" that the ball is snapped. 1-2 ticks are usually the difference between a sack and a hurry. http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=251068&playoffs=0 Season 9 was when I upped his vision from the soft cap, you tell me if it made a difference.

25 of his 28 sacks that season came in games where you won by 200+ points.

I think vision to second cap is good on the D Line; I'm not as convinced that all the way to the third cap buys much.

I am thinking about second capping it next season to take better advantage of first step on my level 50+ DT but I'd consider that a specific case. I don't think I'd second cap vision for a block breaking type DT.

Depends. Can more vision reduce the penalties incurred from JtS? If so I could see where running vision up if you have JtS VA could be worthwhile.

If you're gonna run your vision up that high, do you really need JtS?

RunDMC vs. Puma

A match up of true GLB vets.

One more question about Monster Kody, I have two pieces of AEQ, one I am keeping no matter what (+2 Agility / Shed Blocks SA), the other is just a Shed Blocks SA. Should I keep the 2nd piece or keep shopping. Is it worth it to have two Shed Blocks pieces?

I've seen at least one player with ridiculous levels of Shed Blocks - like 15, and he had nothing to show for it. Others swear by it. 10 is the highest I'd go on it. IMO, it's not really worth it to keep two unless you plan on going to those type of levels with it, or if it's an SA that's deep in the tree. Since Shed Blocks is not deep in the tree, you might keep it for now, boost it, and then dump it when you get around to shopping again down the road.
