I visit and post in forums frequently. I always notice tactic adjustments and will update them promptly. I boost 3x EVERY season. I've been an OC since season 3 and am committed to helping teams win. I take winning very seriously and expect the same commitment from others. I'd prefer my QB to be a starter, but I will make exceptions if the team has a better QB and play time is roughly 50%/50%.
