Has been a career backup in a platoon system, and I am willing to remain in that position as long as the rotation is sound. He's a ball control passer right now, with leadership EQ being built up and VA's being assigned to natural leader.
He will be on the verge of 32 at the beginning of season 12, and I will boost him 3 times as well, so you're looking at what will be a level 35 Quarterback.
