Really, I figured vision would be the 5th or 6th on the list. Is vision more important than speed and agility to get to the guy who will be blocked?

it's a major & you'll want it at the second cap eventually so might as well first cap it then come back to it later. it isn't more important than speed and agility, you need less of it, but it's mathematically best to take care of it first.
