LV48 WR - One equipment is on Agility (+7 Agility) and the rest on Speed and also CE.
Superior Blue Cleats
+7 speed, +4 Lower the Shoulder SA

LV46 WR - One equipment (AEQ) is on Agility (+6 Agility) and the rest on Speed and also CE.
+6 agility, +4 Quick Cut SA

I am not sure I like the lower shoulder SA, do you see it trigger that often?

Otherwise they seem to have pretty similar builds, I would say they are pretty solid builds, I like the agility they have. Are you trying to make them speedsters or possession builds

Not sure yet, I'm more inclined to possession WRs with speed.
