my cb is currently near the 73 cap for spd at lvl 12. he is going to be used solely for returning so i was wondering how high should i go for speed. 73? 77? then after how much should i put into agility and vision? any and all advice is greatly appreciated.
It just depends on how long you want to wait to really be effective. Speed is huge for kr/pr, though, so taking it to 77 can't hurt. With the auto-level gains you'll get while building up your other attributes, you'll probably hit around 83 base speed by the time you are ready to compete at the highest levels.
I'd say agi to 73 or 77 and vis to 68. If you go speed to 73, agility to 77, and vision to 68, you can end up with around 80/80/70 base in your 7th or 8th season. At that, if you've done the rest correct, you'll make WL.
