I have a piece of equipment that is a break block % and a Blitz SA.
I have another piece that also has a break block % and Deflect Ball Chance %.
I just rolled a piece of equipment that has a First Step SA and +2 strength. I have been looking through discussions on here and it seems blitz does not seem to be highly regarded. Should I get the first step and if so which one should I replace for it?

Depends what you want to do with your build. If high speed, try the FS. If agility/breaking blocks, then the other stuff.
