I want to build a full D-Line out of my own chars for my pee-wee team, then will get a new minors team and retain them as the core to my def. I am starting with a 4-3 def with two DT's and 2 DE's and want them, at least for the first 2-3 seasons to be mainly run stuffers. How should I build them?

I know there are a lot of guides out there, but they all seem to differ some. My initial thoughts are...

Get a roll with a max strength and decent tackling, and agility for the DE. For the first season, I will normal train Strength until just before the 1st regular season game. At that point, I will switch to intense training Tackling-Speed and use any SP's to bring Strength up to the 2nd cap. Once there, I will switch my SP's into Tackling and start to intense train Agility-Vision. By the end of the first season, I hope to have Strength at or above the 2nd cap and have Training approaching the 1st cap, speed around 30, and Agility-Vision in the 20's. Not sure if this will pan out, but it's an approx target.

For the 2nd season, I will bring Tackling up to the 1st cap, then work on Speed to the same, all while intense training Agility-Vision. From there, not sure where I will go, but I think this is a good first two season plan of attack. Please let me know if I am on the right target, or should make some adjustments to my plan, or if I am way off.

i'd change from tackling speed to speed/agility.
but yes - get strength to at least 73 on all 4, if you truly want a one-dimensional D line (stopping the run).
Don't get me wrong - no one will run against you...

I'd honestly just focus on the big three - Str first (to 73 or 77), then agility to at least 68 (if not 73), and lastly speed...

You probably only need to go strength to 68 for the DEs.

Personally, I would do strength/tackling to start since you want a run stuffing DL and aren't worried about sacks from them.

Strength/tackling until you can cap strength and it is 88% trained
strength/tackling until you can 2nd cap strength and it is 94+% trained
tackling/agility until tackling is 33 and 88% trained
agility/speed

For DEs only take strength to 68 and train it over
For NT take strength to 77 and train it over
For DT take strength to 73 and train it over

Only take tacking to 48 cap

Take agility to 73 cap for DEs
Take agility to 81 cap for NT and DT
Take speed to 78 cap for DE
Take speed to 73 cap for DT
Take speed to 68 cap for NT

Then take tackling to 61 cap for DT and 68 cap for NT
