Is 80 speed good for a lvl 16 WR.

for 16 80 is good but your guys agility and catchign were really neglected to get it to that.If he is gonna be a speed reciver you should raise his agility up to around the same place you currently hav ehis speed

actually, for having that much speed, his agility and catching dont look to have been neglected too badly. he has soft capped agility, and catching is at 32, which isnt terrible. low? yeah, but if he wants to be a speedster, than catching can wait until he has speed and agility set. i can imagine that his speed is almost where to where he wants it to be, and then agility, you can pump that up to 60/68 and then just get a ton of FS/CD and you'll be golden. thats my plan for my lvl 15 WR. currently has 86 speed, but all SPs have gone into speed thus far and so agility is a bit low. but agility is for sure secondary to speed for a speedster build since FS and CD basically do the same thing as agility.

shame you prolly dont have an 80 str qb to actually take advantage of your speed. but in 10 levs will be a good speed reciever build.

u need to cap catching and vision or ull be droppin all sorts of passes speed looks good though

Dont listen to the noise. Keep following the plan for the speedster and in a few seasons you will have a winner.

sorry for being a noob, but CD and FS? I assume FS = First Step, is that correct? and whats CD?

WRs require at least 90 speed.
Even straight up 100% possession builds.
You'd only be arguing with yourself.
