32nd LB.......OLB.......used a lot for pass rushing.....what are some advised VAs that I should be considering? THx m8s

My favorites are Power tackler Pass rusher and heavyweight.There realyl arent alot of great VA's avaiable for us

Football Genius would be a prioirty for any player that plays in space, IMO.

Im not a fan of any of the attribute VA's anymore since they lowered them so much by the time you put enough points in it for it to be worth anythign you could have gootten alot of extra value out of the other Ones.I think Attribute VA's should be last resorts after you get everythign else you want

If 1% was so mandatory (it was for me), 0.5% is more than a last resort, IMO.

I'd only recommend attribute VA's if they had the appropriate area triple capped, and only the 0.5% ones.

Sure Tackler/Power Tackler is a great combo until you find a permanent team and your role becomes more specific.

EDIT: keep in mind that attribute VAs only apply to your natural ability, they don't multiply the bonus from equipment.

I disagree, there are lots of good VAs for a LB.

Ball Hawk is popular on pass coverage LBs.
Power Tackler is pretty much mandatory
Sure Tackler can reduce your misses substantially
Pass Rusher is handy if you're going for the sack
Helmet Crash can be useful for any LB (especially if you have high monster/big hit)
Streaky can be good too, we have so many stats that are important and +5% on all of them 80% of the time is good.
Clutch is a maybe choice.
Brick Wall if you're expecting to tackle rushers a lot
Jackhammer if you're expecting to tackle receivers a lot (scatbacks, TE, WR even)
Heavyweight as mentioned earlier
Jump the Snap for pass rushers again
Fearsome for pass rushers maybe (don't know how good it actually is, never used it personally)

So for pass rushing you'd be thinking Power Tackler, Pass Rusher, Sure Tackler, Helmet Crash, Heavyweight, Jump the Snap, Fearsome.

Does jump the snap only work for pass rushing LBs on the LOS or does it still work if you're lined up the your normal position?

Is long reach any good for coverage LBs?
