He's not very good. You need to get all of your equipment into speed IMO. That should make the build look much better. If you were to retire I would start by getting speed to 68 right away. Followed by agility. Agility should have been there a long time ago. Don't touch any SA's, or stamina, 59 is not necessary. I would say a 3/10
