The Columbus Dark Matter are now 13-0, and looking to start recruiting players for Season 12. We've had a great run in our first season, and we look forward to doing it all over again, perhaps with any luck in a silver league! Come join a great bunch of guys with an active forum in our second Pee Wee season.
Boosters, non-boosters, slow-builders, non-slow-builders and everyone in between are welcome to join the team. We do prefer Day 31 players, of course (who doesn't).
Here are positions still available as of 11-September lunchtime (we do an excellent job of making sure everyone gets their fair share of playing time, so don't be hesitant about selecting a spot that has only one remaining position left - we're certainly planning to fill all of the roster spots):
1 X Fullback
1 X Wide Receiver
1 X Tight End-Blocking
2 X Offensive Tackle
1 X Guard
1 X Left Outside Linebacker
1 X Right Outside Linebacker
3 X Cornerback
Special Teams: all special teams positions are now spoken for.
PM's only, please. Everyone gets a starting salary of $22K plus a bonus of $6K. We anticipate giving out average bonuses at the end of this year of at least $75K (playoff games should increase this even higher).
