The current owner will not be renewing the team at the end of the season.
The team was promoted from the EE AA4 to the EE AAA2 this season and finished 8-8 and the 8th seed in the playoffs. Not spectacular but not disastrous either. The roster is full with good agents - a few season 1 players will need to replaced and there is enough money available after this seasons EQ upgrades have been paid.
In short, the team is in good health and with careful ownership and a good GM team it there's no reason why the team couldn't continue to succeed and make it to the pros in a season or so.

I am the current OC and am willing to stay on in a reduced role - Asst. OC perhaps but don't have the time to do all the OC, team management, recruitment, scouting and game reviews that I am currently doing. Which is why I don't want to buy the team myself.
