It depends on your build. If you have high strength and tackling along with at least relatively high speed and agility the the Monster Hit might be worthwhile. But most SS's I have seen barely have 60 strength and 60 tackling at higher levels. This isn't high enough to make Monster Hit worth persuing.
I'm not sure Wrap Up Tackle is worth much, but at least it has an increase to Vision.
I wouldn't want either of these, but would settle on Wrap Up Tackle if nothing else is available and you don't want to try some more either now or later.
