I'm assuming all EQ is in speed then, I'd go with the Super Vision piece then. I love the SV SA for all LBs and DBs. If you had your EQ split with Vision and something else (ex. mine is 50/50 Speed/Vision) then the +2 vision looks great and the Big Hit SA isn't bad either. But since you'd put the EQ points back into speed the +2 vision isn't huge and SV is the better SA. Additionally SV is earlier in the tree than big hit and you can really pump it.

Then the Vision/ Big Hit may be the way to go, but only if its a piece (Head/Feet etc.) that replaces a piece you have vision in. Something else to consider.

To clarify what I said:
If the AEQ piece with Vision/Big Hit is for Head, and your standard Head piece is +4 Speed, go with the SV piece, if your standard Head Piece is currently +4 vision, take the Vision/Big Hit piece.
The logic is that SV shouldn't be difficult to find again, and you can likely get it with an attribute or useful %. +2 vision is already a great addition to the Big Hit which you may not find again.
Even though SV is a better SA you will ideally have a AEQ pieces and you can shop for SV + something later on. If however the Vision/Big Hit AEQ piece would replace a standard Speed piece, take the SV.
