I'm currently taking confidence to the 5:1 cap and training agility/vision, but once vision get to the point of not being worth training, what should I do? I'm going to be taking agility to the 2nd cap after that but no real good combo exists for agility (and strength for that matter) so is it worth while to just train agility and accumulate shopping tokens or should I pair it with something that may or may not help my kicker.

agility/stamina
agility/speed
strength/jumping
strength/tackling
are all combos you could consider. Or you can use some SP to take Vision to 48 once it gets to 32 or so and then train vision again since it gets good training value once it's capped.

I guess I have another question and didn't feel like cluttering the forum with another topic.
Currently my kicker is at the 3rd cap for vision and I'm training strength/jumping. I'm thinking it would be best to keep going with vision until the 4th cap and then soft capping strength and agility. Also, when is a good time to start putting skill points into SAs? Automatic seems rather lousy since most people still miss xp and short FGs anyways, but when is the best time to start adding to Big Boot and Calm Nerves?

If str is naturally past 31 or so, you're better off going to first cap with SP and training some more there.
I agree with you on automatic. As for SAs in general, it doesn't hurt to spend SP there once you're done with SP in Kicking and Confidence.

Calm Nerves - ASAP if you want FG accuracy.
Big Boot if you want FG Distance. But you'll need Booming Kick for Touchbacks.
But you'll need both, at some point.
