How is Ballhawk on offense? I know alot of guys use it on defense but haven't heard much clamor for it on offense. Does anyone use it?

I think some receivers have it but I don't know how they like it or it's just a experiment or whatever. Never seen a TE with it nor should I ever see one with it

i have ballhawk for my recivier It is good for anyone who has to catch the ball it gives a bonus to speed agility and vision from the tie you see the pass to the time you catch or drop it it helps you catch poorly thrown passes thats about it.id say t is a OK VA considering there really arent any other good ones for tightends

Im not a big fan of Mr.Reliable as the bonus to catchign the ball i sonly for 3rd and 4th down an unles you are trailing late in the game you wont go for it on 4th and on 3rd downs depednign on the situation short or long it is ussually a spread 5 WR formation or a runnign play for short conversions.I do liek that it helps you catch and not fumble the ball it just dont think it fires enough to be worth it.Nerves of steel is another id much rather have possesion reciver helps you catch the ball and not have it KL Nerves of steel is more of a after you have the others type of VA.Soft hands and sure hands is good if you already have good ctachign and vision and YAC attack im not a huge fan of either because it is only active for 1 second and only when you atch passes less than 10 yards id rather have 15 in redzone freak.

One thing i was wonderign about is Bruiser that would be just liek the YAC attack but help all tackles inside 8 yards instead of for just a second.Does anyone know if this works catching the bal or do you have to rush for it to fire??

I am going to make a thread on this to get peopels opinions

in a lot of peoples AI, the TE is the main weapon on 3 & a few. That is why Mr. Reliable is a good option.

Bruiser is only good if you have a Strong TE. I might put it in as a receiving option for a primary blocking TE, since they should have efficient strength.

I'd say Clutch would be better than Mr. Reliable.

The only thing I don't like about Clutch is that there is no clear definition of what it does

ballhawk is 50/50 .

I know some respectable players who like it, and others who think it sucks. I think the majority know there are better VA's than ballhawk for offense and even moreso for a TE VS a WR.

I'm with the "it sucks" camp.

for offense anyways

The vision bonus should really help, so on paper it sounds awesome, i havent seen it play out as well on the sim
