Definitely depends on your build, but more catching won't help

I've gave up on aggressive a couple seasons ago. INTs are very hard to get. I don't think it is worth it to give up a couple easy plays to the WRs a game to only get a couple INTs a season.

Yeah really. Those are slow ass receivers (39/42 carrying bars). It's dumb to jump a route and miss when there's no need.

in season 9 i played on aggressive the whole season and get 12 INT's. but the good ole days are gone.

As a D-Co, I got my guys to Semi- in Season 9, I think. Seeing those long TD's in pre-season just sucked.

So you rather have them just backing up for the WR to make the catch and then just tackle them immediately? Yeah sounds like a solid gameplan...
