I just rolled the following AE piece for my MLB:

+1 Shed Blocks SA
Break Block Chance +5%


They should go together pretty nicely.

Question: When upgrading a piece like this will I get bonuses to Shed Block AND the Break Block Chance?

You'll get +2% break block per upgrade, and +1 Shed Blocks for every other upgrade.
