I have the ability to get a head piece with either Return Specialist 1 or Snarl 1 and Vision 1. I am level 19 and am more of a shutdown corner build is it worth it to pick up the return piece or stick with the other.

I wouldn't get either. Look for Super Vision or Shutdown Coverage.

I'd stick with a regular upgraded speed or agility piece.
