I'd leave speed alone for now, getting too unbalanced, like James Jett. Additionally your target to reception ratio is 50%. Sub-par.

Need to work on Vision and Confidence. Catching needs to go to the 3rd cap. Agility at a minimum needs to be at 60.

I realize that your player is only Level 27, but I would probably start getting to work on the Vision and Confidence through training and then add level up points to your Catching for now.
