Really I'm just interested to find out if my C, despite my inefficient building (due to lack of a plan to begin with), is on par with his fellow level 30 Cs. Also, please ignore his VAs, it was an experiment that isn't shaping up positively.

He's not that far from your build man. plus he's not wearing custom. Add 6 str, and he's right there with you.

My centers are 27 and 28 now.

I think yours looks fine. He is a couple points behind as you expect, but not so far that its going to make a big difference.

Here's the 28. He is not the best, but he is pretty decent. He is not so different from yours.
